A few years back, I decided to ask a lot of questions. Of myself - and of others. I wanted (or needed) to pin down how I saw the world. How I approach challenges that swim my way. In time I came first to see that the questions were themselves the answers (in disguise - especially "why?"). And then I found that in a state of zero, there are no questions. Ensō.
Who: Rōnin - 浪人

But it is easier to understand that the water has changed, than recognise how the person is different too. The portrait was taken just after this Rōnin left the corporate world. A lot of water has flowed under the bridge in the meantime.

This or that? If not today, then when?
Even the most complex enigma breaks down into binaries - whether in series or parallel. This or that? Even my beloved triquetra typically excludes one branch first, before the inevitable final play-off between the two contenders still standing. Even the quadfocal is just a pair of bifocals. It's either ensō or not. If it's not, decide on Now (Ф) or Next Right Thing (NRT). And try to be kinder. At least a bit. Always.
