What we set out to do:
support a company launching a prestige product simultaneously across the world - they were experienced internationally, but previously approached markets in sequence one after another.

What happened:
key audiences were widely dispersed and the product (highly technical) was still in development, so it was necessary to bring prestige global customers together in one place where they could see and touch real

  prototypes then illustrate benefits through video collages showing how it would work in reality.

What we learnt:
the more technical and complex the product, the greater the importance of customer service and partnership - top quality and reliability are prerequisites: now how are you personally and as a company going to support us the customers?
